A situation in which a financial institution or the market as a whole lacks sufficient cash or easily convertible assets to meet its short-term obligations.

حالة تفتقر فيها مؤسسة مالية أو السوق ككل إلى النقد الكافي أو الأصول القابلة للتحويل بسهولة للوفاء بالتزاماتها قصيرة الأجل.
